Terms of Service
These terms have been updated for 2022. By contacting me to commission art of your character, you are agreeing to these terms in their entirety.
I Retain Creative Rights to the Piece in Question
You may NOT use any piece of commissioned artwork for corporate or business logos unless contractually specified beforehand. You may NOT use the artwork in merchandise or for NFTs (nonfungible tokens). You may NOT resell the artwork for any form of currency, or include it in "adoption" packages, regardless of whether the artwork is being sold at a loss.You MAY use the artwork in personal, non-monetary endeavors, such as a personalized T-Shirt or an individual print. This does not include items you intend to resell for profit. You MAY include the piece in a personal gallery for the character(s) being drawn, as long as the piece is posted with my watermark or credit.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given before the initial sketch is approved. After that, only half refunds will be given up until the completion of the piece. Under no circumstances will a refund be given once a piece is completed.
Payment
Payment is conducted solely through Paypal. The Invoice system will be used for payment processing with no exceptions. Please do not send me a payment through the "gift" system, or via another platform such as Ko-Fi; I will send an invoice to your provided email address when I am ready to receive payment.When providing payment for NSFW pieces, any word implying NSFW or 18+ should NOT be used in order to avoid account suspension or pentalty for both parties.
Other Terms of Service
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. If I have begun working on your piece and am unable to complete it due to extenuating circumstances, a full refund will be given. Generally, my turn-around time for commission completion is within 1 month of payment at the latest, but I will communicate with you if this is not the case. I will send you regular updates throughout the process of working on the commission so that you are aware of the progress, but please do not expect daily updates.
Prices
Commission prices are based on complexity. Detailed clothing, jewelry, armor, weapons, or tattoos are some examples of complex additions. Each additional character you wish to include is the same as the starting price.
Note that I will not be doing complex backgrounds, but simple shapes or solid colors will be provided free of charge.
Currently, SFW options are available in busts and half bodies, and NSFW is available as full body work.

NSFW art begins at $100 and will be done on a quote-by-quote basis. I will do most kinks, as long as all participating characters are 18+ and consenting.
Note that this does NOT include incest or characters who are over 18 but appear young for their age.

If you are ready to commission me, please follow these instructions.
Have your visual references prepared (if you do not have current artwork of your character, I will gladly work with you to create a piece but this will be an increase in price because of the extra work).
Include any information that is important for me to know, such as a pose or expression you prefer, or any markings/scars/etc not visible in your references.
